| The following is the structure of the HKCA in 2008-09:
Executive Committee
The Executive meets monthly and is the body charged with policy-making and decisions of major importance to Hong Kong cricket, as well as directing and approving the day to day running of Hong Kong cricket by the Administrative staff.
Members of the Executive Committee (as elected at the AGM held at Kowloon Cricket Club on 23rd May 2008) are:
- President - Mr Terry Smith
- Chairman - Mr Darren Tucker
- Hon. Secretary - Mr John Cribbin
- Hon. Treasurer - Mr Dinesh Tandon
- HKCC Representative - Mr James Callow
- KCC Representative - Mr Simon Scanlon
- Independent Clubs Representative - Mr Tony Turner
- League & Cup Representative - Mr Michael Jamieson
- ACU&S(HKC) Representative - Mr Roger Nissim
- Ordinary Members - Mr Ather Ali, Mr Nisar Khusro, Mr Adrian Lee
Administrative Staff
The staff operate at HKCA's headquarters at Olympic House and are responsible for the day to day implementation of policies set down by the Executive Committee. Members of staff are:
- General Manager - Charles Lau
- Senior Sports Executive - Simone Kwan
- Sports Executive - Joanna Chan
- Sports Executive - Janet Cheung
- Development Officer - Tabarak Dar
- Sports Executive (League, Cup & Membership) - Ron Brierly
- National Coach - Aftab Habib
Although the Administrative Staff perform a wide variety of functions, wherever possible the assistance of committed volunteers is sought for service on sub committees and at events. The HKCA recognises the valuable resource it has available in the high quality of such volunteers, their commitment to and love of cricket, and the rich tradition of cricket in Hong Kong.

Senior Sports Executive
The Hong Kong Cricket Association
invites applications for the
position of Senior Sports Executive.
The appointee will be responsible for the development of cricket in Hong Kong especially in the local community.
Applicants should have:
- A University Degree with Sports/Physical Education/Recreation as one of the subjects studied
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in sports-related fields
- A proven record in sports administration and the ability to work independently
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good Interpersonal Skills
