since he was called up for
the West Indies Senior squad in South Africa, to replace an injured
Jimmy Adams. His place was taken by Chris Gayle.

Lewis, who was originally selected, was called up to the West
Indies senior squad in South Africa to replace an injured Dinanath
Ramnarine. His place was taken by Mahendra Nagamootoo.
